The Ohio Scottish Games & Celtic Festival bagpipe and drum events are sanctioned by EUSPBA, the Eastern United States Pipe Band Association. All sanctioned events will be conducted according to their rules. For more information go to their website.

Band Rules
Challenging the next highest grade level is permitted as long as you meet the playing requirements. See EUSPBA for rules

** If a band wins prizes in two grades, the band will only be awarded the greater of the prize money in their current grade or the challenge grade not both.
